Bronx Rising!: Women in Horror

Join us at the Bronx Music Hall for a special Bronx Rising! evening celebrating Women in Horror. The night begins with a FREE reading and conversation featuring author Vincent Tirado, who will read from their new book You Should Have Been Nicer to My Mom, followed by a dynamic panel discussion with filmmaker Tina Romero, Xero Gravity, and Gigi Saul Guerrero. The evening continues with a special screening of Tina Romero’s comedy-horror film Queens of the Dead. Tina Romero is the daughter of legendary Bronx-born director and “Father of Zombie Movies,” George Romero.
Registration for the reading is free and will take place at the door.
